you dont know the situation, maybe the cat cant be left alone or it destroys the car seats
clearly it has air, and it can even look out..this is really not much different than a pet travel cage which is mandatory atleast in civilized countries.

Thats not a cat, mate, its a black hooky cobra, one of the deadliest of snakes, it is being transported back to lizard school, where it will stay until it gets it's wings ... I mean legs.
