Sometimes these look photoshopped but I went on Google maps and #13 and #18 are real. Somebody please explain to the inside joke of why the owners did this to their signs.

Erin, not necessarily an inside joke. Creative marketing gimmick. Not only did it get someone to look, they took a pic.

#37 Don’t see anything wrong here. The lift is on the 1st floor, and the next stop is the Ground floor.
