I cracked my dome open on one of those. Blood everywhere. Kids were deathly afraid of me after that.

Same thing happened to me on one of those round sandboxes with the huge iron lid that went up the metal pole in the middle. I also fell off the metal pullup bars once trying to do a backflip, hit my head on the asphalt and got knocked unconscious. I was told I turned purple and had to be carried to the nurses office. All the other kids thought I died. What actually happened was I figured out my limitations. Go figure.

#18 Pretty much. I was born in 1980 and our generation has gone through old school parenting methods and witnessed the wonder of technology. We are now terrified that we did nothing and let the world decend into chaos for our children.
