These are VERY subjective. I would like to see the data on this because there are far more annoying characters out there. It's like they picked the most annoying from a very small home collection of shows.

#21 I knew the author of the Twilight books growing up inn Mesa, AZ and I can say she based that character on herself. Kristen Stewart being unable to close her mouth just makes the character more annoying.
