#19 The frame style (round lenses opposed to rectangular) make the lenses appear thinner than the -11's I used to wear. I could not see more than 3 or 4 inches past my nose without corrective lenses. I wore glasses since I was 6YO; I had the -11 prescription since I was 13 years old.

At 56YO I had cataract surgery (lens replacement). I could have done it sooner, but waited until insurance picked up the tab because of the cataracts. I now see 20/15 in one eye; 20/20 in the other- without corrective lenses.

Best. Thing. Ever.
