#5 just visited Burg Eltz last month: It is a very magical place since there is literally only forest around it - no civilization whatsoever. Also there is a camp-spot with a bench and beautiful view to the castle. But keep in mind the castle looks way, way bigger in the picture than it actually is. The windows and towers are very small which adds a lot of detail and makes the castle look very big in pictures.
