Many of these of very well insulated and ecological. The Dutch are famously frugal with money, but due to green thinking and design, their bills will be much smaller. Compared to UK and US, these designs are quirky, but at least they are unique and have personality. They are not all identikit estates of cloned or kit houses

We do have some houses that are designed to float in case of a flood.
Mostly designer/casestudies as we have no real need for them.
