Stephen King and Dean R. Koontz appeared in cameo roles in almost all of the movies which were made from the books they have written.
“In Liar Liar, 1997, Jim Carrey makes a cameo in his own movie as fire marshal Bill, a character he invented when he was on the show “In Living Color”.”
