A manager felt that I failed to give a proper response to his ‘Good morning!’ in the elevator.
Security stood by as I cleaned-out my desk…..and then they escorted me from the building.

Different gig….
Overseas manager cancelled our morning meetings for the following week, saying he’d be attending training courses.
When meetings resumed he wanted to know why I hadn’t scheduled meetings for the prior week.
He-was-pissed!
Me: ‘You canceled them! You told me you’d be in training!’
Him: ‘Training was canceled! Had you bothered to schedule the meetings you would have seen that I was available!!’

Hiram, Don’t mind the downvotes. You are correct, if not underestimating.

#17 I knew a couple, M/F, who were both named Sam.

#24 Use other words instead of period. Say your Aunt Flo is visiting.

Jos,

Or, for #24, use words like 'bleeding', or 'sloughing my uterus lining', or even ' dropping a dead unformed baby'.

Former boss of mine called me a "privacy hippie" and a "poor team player" for not having facebook.

#19 yeah no. if you take out what you think was an attack on your gender, then this was typical insubordination. Some workers are favored and others do the sh#t work.
