I'm 37 but people guessed my age between 25 and 32. Mostly beginning of 30. I'm very happy about that.

Looking young is great as you get older, but it’s not when you’re a teenager/college student.
I’m in my late fifties, but many people think I’m in my forties. They think I’m way too young to have kids pushing 30. When they ask me how old my kids are, they are expecting me to say 8 or 9. They’re shocked when they hear the real ages. When I turned 50, I had to show someone my ID because they didn’t believe me.
I don’t think I look young. I don’t think most other people my age look older than me, with a few exceptions.

Jos, I went to the bank and the Teller said “oh, you and I were born in the same month and year” - when I looked at her I assumed she was 10 years older than me - she was very fat and unhealthy looking whereas I run or lift weight every day. Point is, you look much younger if you take care of yourself and stay lean.

I am considered overweight with type 2 diabetes and a host of other ailments. People think I'm barely 30 but im about to be 40 soooooo. My friend is 45 and looks 60 because she had gastric bypass and lost weight, now her cheekbones and wrinkles stand out. Sooooo. Genetics, not weight.
