Although I disagree with several of these, it's still a decent list. It's only about 10-15% complete though. There were a helluva lot of great shows over the last 20 years. Like, a sh#tload of great shows.

I would make breaking bad and better call saul 1&2 IMHO The writing and story arcs are spot on.
