That was the only one I didn't get either or that may be legitimate. I mean, if the whole parking lot is packed with people driving around for 15 minutes, I would jump out of the car too to keep it occupied for the few minutes it took my husband or wife to get there.
But I really need the reason why they do it.
If they keep it occupied just because they feel entitled to a parking spot or to spite someone or whatever it would be a different matter.
