#8 Although tap water _is_ pretty good in Germany, do not expect to have carbonated water fountains frequently…

I live in the US. I’ve been to Europe, Asia, and South America. No offense, but nothing really interests me in the countries I visited. Much more interesting places in the US. Big and/or old cities are just not my thing. Lotta pretty girls in Asia though.

Alla,

Well, to each their own obviously. But personally for me there have been no greater experiences or I never learned as much as while travelling. Especially in non western countries. You experience more while being in a culture unlike your own.

Alla,

This is one of the most American comments ever....Europe is fine, except for all the foreigners.

Delly,
um okay. Europe is a clusterfuck of countries where you cross a border and they speak a different language and sometimes rape women or boys. no judgment though

#14 Mayonnaise on fries is the best.

In Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, there were literally over 100 scooters at busy intersections (not an exaggeration).

"I was in Tokyo eating at a restaurant and at the table next to us, a mom left her two-year-old son at the table while she went to go order. He sat there nicely and quietly and even put on his own bib."
