How do you not know what "binned" means? Rubbish bin. It's in the name...
And by context of the rest of the paragraph alone it's obvious they mean it's thrown away...

#4 No surprise, and don't act so hurt by it. Now days when some one is injured on the job or in public the average bypasser is more likely to video the scene on their phone than call for help. At least the company tries to keep you safe, despite their motivation.
