Brittany, #5 Brittany you Scrooge! I own an Auto Body shop and this is normal with the right waxes and a lot of buffing. The registration mystery is as simple as it showed the previous owners registration- he/she mentioned it was the "first day". Now say "sorry" to the nice guy or gal that accomplished this and mind your manners in the future!
