I do not think it is the road so much as it is people going down it too quickly, with brakes not good enough to avoid going over the side or hitting someone coming up. But that is just my guess.

#40 - this is in Hong Kong airport or possibly a mall in ShenZhen. The transit system in that area has a pre-paid card called Octopus that can also be used in many convenience stores.
