Eric, yes, but in real time it's prob impossible to spot for the refs. There's alot of rules in sports not enforced as much anymore, like traveling in basketball.

indeed. I hope they put the dog down and fined the owner. It looks like the kid was OK. Way to go for the parent. People don't really realize just how dangerous an untrained, untamed, dog can be, or that they look at your kids as snacks.
