These sections are not to buy meal preparation items, they are primarily for Americans living abroad that just want a snack that reminds them of home. And most of them are items with a long shelf life because they probably don’t sell very fast. Yeah, it’s a lot of sugary items but that’s all that is really needed because you’d primarily be eating local food.
