numbering them in the order of removal can also help. and whenever possible to in a cross pattern very important when reassembling especially important when dealing with car tires. and don't tighten the screw immediately put all the screws of a component in then tighten in a cross pattern.

Virdie, I just like to make a pile of all the parts. I figure if they aren’t used at the time of reassembly they weren’t really needed in the first place. I generally find a lot of unnecessary items.

Edie, yeah, the teacher thinks she’s doing the right thing but she’s really just training the kids to not be diligent which is a recipe for failure. Fortunately, she’s just one of many teachers the kids will have. Imagine if every teacher was like that - a huge number of kids in that school system would be essentially worthless to the business world. I still remember an Algebra teacher I had in 9th grade - tough old dude, completely opposite of this lady, held us accountable - but I learned a lot from him. Same with a woman teaching English class - get it right or fail - guess what? I studied my butt off so I wouldn’t fail and I learned a lot.

Edie, The welding analogy doesn't work so well either. It assumes that only one weld has been made and that that weld is possible to remove. In reality, most situations require things to be done correctly the first time with great repercussions if they are not.

#38 Don't use this method with mushrooms. Some are so poisonous that the toxin can penetrate the skin, and they simply shouldn't be handled at all. It can take up to 3 days for some mushroom toxins to finish destroying your liver, by which time there will be no way to save you.
