She lost weight because she ate less. It's that easy, eat less lose weight, no BS point systems needed.

Eat the same and burn (work out) more, or eat less and burn (work out) the same, either one works.

People are their size because of their eating habits - if habits change towards negative net caloric intake then they will lose weight, that it how it works, no BS points needed.

I fast for seven days every now and then, the weird thing is that it is not the hunger that gets you, in fact after day three you do not feel hungry. The most troublesome is the weird insomnia you get.
