#5 Every time a famous person dies, we, the public, set them up as some kind of wise guru of the human condition we all could learn from. Betty White, Bob Saget, and now Louie Anderson and Meatloaf. You can expect more of this tripe, and no, I don't dislike any of THEM, it's this cloying sentiment we barf up I can't stand. No one makes a show of the dead more than melodramatic Americans.
