well there ARE other designated parking spots for disabled and there ARE designated parking spots for parents with small children, both are a bit wider (actually if you look close behind the women's spot on the pic there is a wider one, propably that one is for parents ore disabled people).

#7 - first pic is some sort of industrial off-highway differential gear box which uses a very heavy oil (grease really). If it's cold it will drain out like that. It is dirty though.

No, dingleberry, violent crime does not happen to men nearly as often as it does to women.
And uranium glass is usually not radioactive enough to be harmful. A lot of folk still collect it.
