#3, #4, you don't understand math or economics. First the math; wealth follows a "power law". What that means is, there are always many more small things than large. This shows up in lots of other ways - how high you can jump, the sizes of rocks in a sandbar, & etc. Just because someone is at the extreme of the wealth scale is not a moral failing and nobody has any cause to take that from them. Maybe they will be better off for giving it away, doing good somehow, but you can't just take it.
Now the economics; Only people with excess wealth can risk trying things that make the world a materially better place. Sure they waste it and do stupid stuff but at least doing so pays some schmuck's wages. None of that hurts you, quite the opposite. Get over the jealousy.
