#5 99.9% of all people who believe in any sort of religious fairy tale only do so because they were indoctrinated as a child. Their parents told them it was true, their parents hung out with other people who told them it was true, and they took them to group meeting places were they were again told it was true. It becomes so ingrained in their mind that by a certain age, it's almost impossible to accept the truth- that it's all a lie.
Syphorous, Until a clever stranger on the Internet tells you what it is. I've notice that people making that kind of statements usually feel shame about leaving religion. Other people reject religion but just go on living their lives, okay with their choices (like I have btw). I certainly hope this is not your case.
