Silver one she is holding looks like an ancient flip-phone instead. I had one like that in in the 00's. Her hand/hair just covers the top part.

The vast majority of prisoners will re-enter society one day. If you treat them like animals they will emerge from prison as animals. Countries that treat the incarcerated with some dignity have a much lower recidivism rate. I'll bet that crummy dorm room still let you come and go as you pleased, I'll take that over a pretty prison any-day.

you never, ever, EVER!!!!!, take someone's parking spot they dug out, if you do you deserve what ever happens to your car
if you do you've fallen for one of the three classic blunders! The first being never get involved in a land war in Asia, never go in against a sicilian when DEATH is on the line! but only slightly lesser known, never take someones parking space after a snow storm that has a chair holding the space
i know, i live here in Boston and it's an unwritten rule

#43 - So, this actually happened to a guy I graduated with back in 1978. Prom date guy knocks on the door and dad answers with a shotgun and a "WHAT THE HELL YOU WANT, BOY!" The dad and daughter thought it would be a funny joke. That is until the guy smiled, reached out, shook both their hands, said "SO LONG!" and calmly walked back to the car and drove away. Old boy showed up at the prom alone. About half an hour later the girl shows up with dad in tow. All tears and apologies. The guy just looked at them both, said "Apology accepted.." and walked away again. So, the girl is now pissed off at the dad, as it was his idea. She's screaming at the dad as they are leaving while we were busting a gut laughing. Flash forward to the 40 year reunion. Our boy shows up with the nicest little Korean wife. A real doll. And shotgun girl doesn't turn up at all. She's in jail for check fraud. I do love a happy ending.
