This sh#t just gets much worse. Like actual beatings for the ability to remember things I have read. Being able to do math in my head, like long division. And I am supposed to support these teachers. I was punished almost every day, right in front of them.

In 3rd grade, my teacher asked the class for examples of mollusks. I raised my had and said “quahog” (long before Family Guy). The teacher said that there was no such thing.
