They don't look the same to me. The puppy licking the bees has a dark snout and his left front leg has a higher white coloring than the 2nd puppy.

Why, just because they allow their child to learn consequences for their actions? the child wasn't hurt. The bucket acts similar to a helmet albeit a little loose. I bet your parents never let you climb a tree did they?
