The problem with freezing living tissue is that the water inside of each cell expands and ruptures the cell wall. The idea that technology will one day be able to repair every cell in the body (or even just the brain) is likely just a pipe dream. It's more likely that humans will die off long before such a thing could ever be possible. Sorry, Futurama fans.

There's video out there.... He was a gorilla in a zoo that was killed after a littke kid fell into his enclosure. They shot him because they wanted to save the kid (protestors say he was intelligent and there was no need to shoot him).
