There is a distinct difference between being an introvert and being antisocial. Most of these people are antisocial.
That, or they're just sh#tty people that have no friends so they just stay home and try to feel better by making memes to get likes from strangers on the internet who don't actually know what a terrible person they really are.

Big difference between being antisocial and asocial. An antisocial person is likely to hurt or otherwise cause grief to fellow humans; an asocial person just stays away from the other humans entirely.
