I was at the City Hall for a passport and my youngest was to be baptised august eleven. Not really catholic but I called my (second) wife and, to make a long story short, I asked her if this date was ok to get married (Yep, neither my wife nor I are very romantic). During our marriage we went to the church (for our kid) and then to the city hall (the mayor is someone I know since I was born I guess). Two parties, one for the family and one for the friends. The problem is that we are mostly on holiday (say France) on that date and I don't remember it (I don't even remember the day when on holliday). Believe me, I have a fantastic wife :-).
Am I wrong for believing asking for money towards your honeymoon instead of gifts is okay? My husband and I wanted experiences not things so we created a website where people could donate money toward different honeymoon activities instead, and accepted any amount ($5, $25, $100, whatever people wanted to spend). It worked out great, but I worry people thought we were being tacky.

Multiple sclerosis would spell MS, so they must be into the other one.
