I can care for an elderly man at his home as a free live-in companion/care provider for 5 years, and when he gets a terminal illness, I can provide round the clock care @ hospice for 17 months, and still manage to be evicted by his only daughter who is a (residing out of state) ICU nurse that didn't lift a finger to do ANYTHING for him while he was dying, only to be provided with an eviction notice and court hearing within weeks of his passing from her as the surviving benefactor of his estate.
