I have a bit of a story. my dad was a mechanic with a focus on electrical systems and years ago he got a car that had a cable fire. he asked me to help with soldering in all the new wires. at some point, I took a look at the fuse box in the engine bay saw something od picked it up and it was a piece of the tire profile. I show it to my dad and looking like this goes to the trunk and examines the spare tire it was completely ruined. apparently, the owner had a flat and instead of changing it, he kept driving till his car caught fire.

it's more like not wanting to get sued by some idiot that tried to DIY. since those are just warnings they don't prevent you from doing anything.
