Until recently, I always mispronounced 'epitome' when I saw it written. It was always spelled differently in my head.

#7 With dyslexia, it was always a backward G to me as well... and then one day in my 30's it suddenly flipped, now I see the D all the time

#17 There are lots of words common in writing that are not part of normal conversations. I learned how to correctly pronounce lots of words in college that I had never heard uttered in my life.
