The Eastwood movies that you are looking for are "A Fistful of Dollars" and "A Few Dollars More". I would also add to this list "The Graduate" and any of the Mel Brooks movies for the amount of well known actors who appeared. Been a while since I've seen them so not sure how many became famous after.
