Honest question. In Europe such a device is illegal. You will get a fine and have to prove that the device was removed before you are allowed to use the car again (in most countries I suppose). All in all pretty expensive..

It's not a device. They modify their diesel trucks and allow a lot more fuel to be injected when they accelerate hard. Gives more power. The other thing they do is remove all the emission control devices. That was a very irresponsible and d@#k move. The fines for having your emission devices removed is very high.
