#25 no it isn't, we have buckets with holes from bottom to top you set into the holes and cover with the grating. Why? Because the trash will build up from bottom to top and there's still drainage above trash level through the sides of the bucket. Just putting a filter flat on the hole with the grating above won't do sh#t but clocking the filter up. And yes you have to empty those buckets regularily, in a normal village around twice a year, in a bigger city propably more often.
