Not a spouse but my dad. He never puts things back where they belong whenever he is done with something he just puts it anywhere and then he complains that he can never find his things.
Another thing he does is never finish his drinks doesn't matter what it is there are glasses with just a sip of something all over the kitchen and living room.

Almost certainly none of these annoying partners have never lived on their own - and therefore learned that no one is going to pick up after you.
