#14 not paying your staff a wage that will let them survive, but instead rely on alms from the patrons. Being supposed to pay extra for just doing your job is stupid. If you go above and beyond however a large tip may indeed be warranted.

Doda, Because they work. People see those commercials and harass their doctor into prescribing them some. It was better in the old days when the pharmaceuticals could give samples to the doctors and pens. I miss the free pens.

It is 'too' and not 'to.' And yes, I met a guy who told me he was Dutch. I'm Belgian, but Flemish. We happen to speak Dutch in Flanders :-). He apparently knew some words that were spoken by his grand-grandparents. Funny. I would say 'wat een afgang.' :-).
