#19 as a sheets user here are the reasons 1 it's FREE. 2 it's completely online so I don't have to worry about losing data. and I can access them anywhere. panic attack in the middle of the night because you dreamed you made a mistake. full access in seconds via PC or Phone. 3 they can easily be shared. and 4 full changelog/backup I can look at every change made ever! as far as i know.
