#1 I used to live in Paris for 12 years. You could spent a wonderful afternoon in this garden but you also might be stolen and beaten under the regard of the crowd.

I've been to 12 of these and none of the 20 come close to being in my top 20 list. These are mostly just gardens.

Would’ve been nice if they gave some kind of explanation as to why they ranked in that spot.
