only if it actually worked on both parts and if so why isn't a chopped off arm regrowing into a full copy. also, would the new grown head be intelligent? would it have your memories or would it have the mental capacity of a newborn?

#6 - By your "shower thinking", you imagine that the process of passing from this life to the afterlife is like getting off a subway train at rush hour and not something individual when you are supposed to be greeted by the people (and perhaps animals) you loved in life. Good luck.
