If any tyrannical authoritarian force ever comes after you the only thing your guns will be good for, ultimately, is shooting your family and then yourself. They'll cut off your water, your electricity, your gas, your food, your ability to communicate via phone or radio, and then they'll just surround you and wait you out. If they decide to get really serious they'll just use enhanced radiation devices (neutron bombs) on you, and after about 2 months they'll be able to go in and clean up the bodies without even needing to use protective gear. You won't be able to use guns to protect yourselves from people who are that serious about taking you down -- you'll need brainpower, stamina, and ingenuity. Better get started.

Everybody has their own definition of tyranny. An awful lot of people think the word refers to you and and other people who think like you, because you'd all be willing to use armed force to make others submit to your will and think the way you think. As far as being alone goes, the methods I mentioned would work against a whole city, not just a single household.

I'm a live & let live kind of guy. Do what you want as long as I don't have to pay for it or be harmed by it.
My definition of tyranny is when a government controls its citizens. Forced vaccinations of an experimental drug is approaching that threshold. That's why the courts struck it down.
If you believe your 'betters' in DC know how to run your life better than you do, you don't deserve the freedom that you enjoy. Go ahead and nuke me if you must, but I'd rather die on my feet than live on my knees.

You don't understand tyranny. True tyranny is controlling others who have the guns, so your hands stay clean. What you are describing is terror tactics, usually reserved for those who have no power and are trying to create it, and historically they will use ANY weapon available or build their own.
