There's an asterisk under with a pretty detailed description of criteria and the source which obviously is trustworthy on this subject.
If you doubt it, I'm pretty sure you can contact them for clarification.
Let us know your findings. (Or more likely just downvote me, and don't actually do more than wild accusation without bothering find out your unfounded suspicions.
