Willie,
In which mental institution does he reside. Why would they let the loony indulge in this?

Diana,

Probably for the same reason you're seeing him. To be known for something and in the Guinness Book of Records.

gotta love public schooling: Ukraine received a sovereignty grant from Russia for surrendering its nuclear weapons, which was indorsed within the Budapest Memorandum in 1984. Russia broke that treaty willingly by occupying Crimea in 2014 and by recently invading the country.

Nat, which is to say, they gave up their cruise missiles and nuclear weapons.

Oh, and it's "endorsed".

K.c., true, but they did it for a good reason, and that´s "endorsed" too.

Irene,
If jihadis are crazy to walk around with RPG's then muricans are crazy to walk around with RPG's as well.

That being said very few people are pro-jihad, and the reason why "no one complains about them" is probably because were not seeing a picture of one of them here...

THAT being said; Nobody here is saying anything about crazy jihadis, for or against, because that's not the point...

The point is that a grown ass man is walking around in a residential area which is not exactly a warzone with a bloody RPG!

And call me crazy but I think that's insane.

Deborah, "Residential area"?
He's obviously in a store, which doesn't diminish the argument against such, but stop re-making a post to fit your argument. It's dishonest.

Miriam,
If he has it on in the store he probably didn't get it beamed in by Scottie. And the store could conceivably in the middle of nowhere, but probably is not. And even IF it was in the middle of nowhere, it's STILL insane to walk around with it. Sooo, not "remaking a post". He walks around with it as a civilian, not in a warzone, and I doubt you can buy one in the sporting goods department.
