This is true for every generation. I remember in the early 90's talking to my Dad about bands like The Who, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Zeppelin, etc. I thought it was so awesome that he had been to concerts for these guys. Another bonding point: neither one of us liked The Beatles.
I hear my son blasting 90's trance and progressive from his bedroom 24/7 and I think of all the clubs & raves I was trippin'balls at when I first heard them and I have even heard him listening to my own songs and remixes that he finds on internet, and sometimes I tell him, but I always sit grin like a dork cause I'm just happy he likes it.
parents using twitter are whats the problem. these millennials now have kids and make the world worse because they're kids discover greatness on their own with no help from their parents... yet force the colored culture on them
"The colored culture"? Be honest midge, were the bands in your youth of the Rock N' Roll era? Because you honestly sound like racist grampa that looks fondly at his youth in the racial segregation era and thinks back at how great it was.
Midge, Midge: a tiny annoying fly that big humans could easily swat into oblivion if they were willing to feel like bullies for having done so. More easily just ignored.

Never knock a band or movie just because It's old. Some of the best movies are black and white.

Clarence is just upset because he couldn't say his usual, " Now go find a job, with that skill".
