Then by those rules they will be responsible for fixing their projector...
Odo, Trying to unscrew a screw from the point end is way harder than just drilling a hole, plus you probably wouldn't be able to unscrew that entire length from through the floor.
Iva, Get a Dremel, cut the tops of the screws flat, Cut a slit in the new flat end, Use a screw driver to drive the screws back down until the projector dropps.
