#1 stupidest statement I have ever heard in my life. Oxygen has nothing to do with it. There are, in fact, anaerobic bacteria living, for example, under your foreskin. Maybe the -270 Celsius has more to do with it than the lack of oxygen.

It would be quite hot on the side of the body that faces the sun... so some kind macabre of combination of slowcooked and freeze dryed would be my bet. But there will be Some decay on the inside before all/most of the water is eventually gone.
