#15 - Modern software development techniques always have a few developers reviewing the code and it’s often tested by at least three different people before it is released. I assume quite a few other jobs in this list also have redundancy.

Yes, and most of them get year long training. To be a roofer you need to go to school for 3 years in my country and need to pass the exams before you can call yourself a roofer.

In my country the only qualification to be a roofer is meth and mountain dew. Or an illegal Mexican immigrant. The Mexican crews don't mess around, they get that thing put on in no time. Same with brick layers.
