you do realise he say that line *after* he was given free food that was delivered at the wrong address ?
so i don't see the scam unless you mean the person that forgot to change their address while ordering food, and that's a pretty strange scam

#44 Umm. No. The mushroom you speak of are tiny little golden honey mushroom. Although the mycelium is estimated to be ancient, fruiting bodies only show up for a season, and are smaller than your hand.
