that shouldn't be a problem.
Those panels in the shadow produce also electricity with daylight, of course a little less, but still enough.
Those directly in the sun could become too hot and stop working.
The evening sun should reach all the panels without shade, so, if they are used to charge accumulators, they give a boost before the dusk.
I think, it's about the BMW, parking like an ID ten Ti, but nevertheless, that's not uncommon too.
